Obligation and options under warranty are limited solely to replacing the watch with the exact same style or a style of comparable value to the extent that Puma Time, at sole discretion, considers that it is not practicable to repair the watch.
All implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are limited to two years.
Puma Time is not liable for incidental or consequential damages for failure or malfunction of the product and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for the product.
